How do I Use the QUALITY Metrics Resource Tool?
How do I register multiple users for our facility?
There should only be one username/login per facility, as each facility will only have one admin user and one account number. You can have multiple people from your facility complete the reviews. There are few methods to accomplish this:
1. You can register with a facility name and use a shared password, rather than a personalized one. This will allow multiple people to login to the same generalized facility account and view/access all account details and the account dashboard. As PHI is not entered during the reviews, this is not a HIPAA compliance issue.
2. Non-registered users for your facility can complete the reviews without logging into the account. This will allow the admin username/login to be the only one with access to the completed reviews and data, but still allow multiple users to complete the reviews for your facility, using the assigned account number. Be sure to provide them with your account number to complete the review form and just share this link:

When will I receive our data results?
Your form data can be downloaded at any time from the member area/dashboard.
Approximately 2-3 weeks after the end of each quarter, you will receive an email to the assigned admin/user account for your facility with a spreadsheet of your data and the calculated numerator, denominator and quality statistics.

Is my data secure?
Yes. We use an encrypted method to store all form data securely. However, we still ask that no PHI be entered into the form. This would require a Business Associate Agreement to be entered into for each facility to maintain HIPAA compliance and in order to keep this as a complimentary resource available freely to the ACPC Quality Network community, we are unable to accommodate that on a mass scale at this time. Therefore, submitting limited patient info (LAS, FIR) and not full PHI allows us to continue to offer this tool as a free resource.
